Based on review of TOS 9/7/17 - the statement below is part of the TOS regarding students. Confirmed with PowToon that any student under 18 must have a paid student account or be part of a teacher's classroom plan (also a paid subscription.) Hence, only paid accounts meet data sharing requirements and even so, students must select they do not want to receive advertising emails in the subscription preferences.
