• Do not use a student's first name combined with their last name or initial (e.g., JDoe) as this is considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII). 
• You may use either a student's first name or last name alone, but not both together. 
• Alternatively, you can assign students identifiers such as colors (e.g., "Blue") or animals (e.g., "Bear"). 
• Teachers must delete all student accounts at the end of each school year, as these accounts cannot be transferred to a different teacher or grade level.
